Job Description

-    Research and implement tools to understand customer insights

-   Conduct and analyze quality assurance surveys to enhance services provided to customer

-   Develop the strategy to achieve the desired customer experience

-   Co-create & spread new customer experience throughout the company

-   Partner with HR to ensure that employees have a great experience, and to ensure that customers have a great experience

-   Communicate and collaborate with others stakeholders to run Con Cung Customer Experience Programs

-   Continously observe and learn the customer experience trends to propose inniatives and solutions to line manager

-   Act under compliance to be the ambassador of Con Cung service to promote Con Cung core values.

 

Requirement

-    Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Commerce/Human Resources/Marketing

-   At least 1-year experience in Customer Serviceoffice field

-   Fluent in using Microsoft Office application (Excel, Powerpoint,…)

-   Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format

-   Proficient in spoken and written English

-   Analytical skill & reporting skill

-   Willing to work cross-functionally and under high pressure

-   Proactive, logical, innovative and creative thinker and doer
