Understanding Con Cung people working in the retail environment in terms of capabilities and expectations in order to conduct projects and activities that improve the employee experience (EX) and engagement along their journey at Con Cung.
- Schedule and conduct recruitment strategy and project to fulfill the company expansion plan
- Identify the training needs by joining fieldwork to propose solution accordingly
- Execute the approved plans and projects of the People Development Department (PD)
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to drive the PD Projects
- Communicate and collaborate with external bussiness partners to run Con Cung Employee Engagement Programs
- Continously observe and learn the people development and engagement trend (techniques, channels, stories…) to propose inniatives and solutions to line manager
- Act under compliance to be the ambassador of Con Cung culture to promote Con Cung core values
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Human Resources/Marketing experience in Hospitality
- At least 1-year experience in service office field
- Fluent in using Microsoft Office application (Excel, Powerpoint,…)
- Able to use Photoshop, AI, and other design application is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
- Willing to work cross-functionally and under high pressure
- Proactive, logical, innovative and creative thinker and doer
- Annual bonus: 2 - 3 months under minimum KPI requirement
