Job description
- Develop and implement social media content in alignment with Con Cung’s strategic goals.
- Conduct research and analyze customer insights to create engaging content for various campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Design, Video Editing, Digital, and Customer Service teams to produce and deliver content.
- Keep track, evaluate, and provide recommendations to optimize social media content effectively.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in Social Media/Social Content. Portfolio required.
- Strong writing skills, particularly for social content.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Creative, proactive, and positive mindset.
