Job Description

Reporting Line: to FP&A Manager

- Looking-forward Planning & Analysis

+ Coordinate with related functions to build and update company budget / rolling latest forecast

+ Frequently update actual vs. plan, understand root causes of variances, highlight and recommend corrective actions

+ Assist FP&A Manager in financial modeling, incorporate major assumptions, run various scenarios to assist business strategic and/operational decision making

- Assist FP&A Manager & CFO in preparing for BOD meetings

- Carry out ROI analysis for business decision making

- Any Other Assignmentstasks given by FP&A Manager & CFO

Job Requirements

Competencies

- Strong analytical skills and attention to details

- Ability to structure and build consistent data, provide insightful analysis for better business decisions

- English proficiency in both writing and speaking

- Ability to effectively make decisions with limited time and information

- Achieve results through influence, persuasion, collaboration and relationship building

Experience & other requirements

- Relevant degree in Finance and Accounting areaequivalent experience
