Job Description
- Handle registration of infant food products:
+ Prepare submission for registry: application forms, notify letters, authentication letters, …
+ Compile documents relevant to registration: scientific papers; specifications; quality certificates; …This includes evaluating and synchronizing information on ingredients, formulas, manufacturingmethods, efficacy, safety, and product quality
+ Assess & verify artwork of products
+ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for each product
- Understand & follow Vietnamese government law, decrees, regulations: monitoring regulatory changes &work with relevant departments to ensure compliance in time
- Building and maintaining regulatory knowledge: understand scope, procedures and standards related tonutrition products certification notify bodies and international agencies (FDA, EFSA, WHO, FAO, …)and international law (optional)
- Assess registration documents of current suppliers: work with suppliers to ensure all documents suppliers are completed and compliant
- Communication with government agencies: address questions and requests government agencies in caseof inspection and prepare submissions
Requirement
- University graduate & above
- Minimum 2 years of food products registration experience.
- Accomplished in government related communications
- Strong command of interpersonal skills
- Fast thinking & reacting ability
- Able to maintain proficiency under duress & fast-paced environment
- Comprehensive level of English communications
