Job Description
- Monitor and control revenue and expenses related to business activities.
- Management and monitor bookkeeping.
- Build, develop, and control internal processes, policies, and procedures.
- Assign, train, and guide the department's members.
- Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and periodic consolidated reports.
- Make analysis reports on profit, revenue, and expenses as required.
- Control the budget, and monitor the completion level of other department's plan.
- Work actively, implement, and provide the information requested by banks, auditors, and state agencies.
- Perform other duties related to the activities of the department and company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance-Accounting and/or above.
- Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
- Expertise in commercial accounting, and tax.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of accounting - finance, experience in tax finalization, and auditing in the retail industry is an advantage.
- Ability to synthesize, guide and develop plans to perform assigned tasks.
- Agile, enthusiastic, industrious at work, can withstand pressure, and possesses high teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in the use of office computers, ERP, and accounting softwareGood organization and persuasion skills.
