MAIN DUTY: Understanding Con Cung customer insights in order to conduct projects and activities that improve the customer experience (CX) and engagement along their journey at Con Cung Store.
- Observe and learn the customer experience trends to propose initiatives and solutions to line manager
- Communicate and collaborate with others stakeholders to run Con Cung Customer Experience Programs
- Research and implement tools to understand customer insights
- Conduct and analyze quality assurance surveys to enhance services provided to customer
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Human Resources/Marketing
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Analytical skill & reporting skill
- Proactive, logical, innovative and creative thinker and doer
