What you’ll do?

• To manage the mix of merchandise to maximize sales profit of a category.

• To support the line manager to achieve the business plan for sales GP target.

• Develop the product portfolio the company's products overseas local suppliers according to product strategy time to time.

• Work with suppliers and negotiate terms of contract to listing products.

• Regularly reviewing performance indicators of that product to decide to replace continue to grow with specific targets.

• Review weekly sales to identify any risk opportunityaction plan to reach internal targets.

• Knowledge of the importing process, applying for import licenses. Process the imported goods based on the sales forecast of new product strategy orientation. Follow all imported documents and handle any incorrect documents, as well as follow shipment status to ensure timely arrival.

• Stay up-to-date with the current retail market in Vietnam, identify new trends, new brands in the market and conduct regular competitor analysis.

• Following inventory regularly to get timely processing

What you’ll need?

- University/College graduated (Pharmacy/Medicine is a strong plus).

- Have a Pharmacy Degree

- Experience as Pharmaceutical Rep, Product Marketing, Category, Merchandiser,... in Pharmaceutical segment is a plus (at least 2 years).

- Familiarity with pharmaceutical product lines and latest medical issues.

- English communication skill.

- Software skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Strong analytical ability in data/figures.

- Ability to handle pressure & meet deadlines.
