- Managing the performance of products in the industry in terms of prices, promotions, product classification, product quality, plans and distributions
- Working closely with merchandiser/visual-display staff to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize sales. Producing layout plans for stores.
- Forecasting profits and sales, optimizing the sales volume and profitability designates categories
- Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stocks plans (existing products and new products)
- Planning budgets and presenting sales forecast and figures for new ranges/new categories/new products
- Updating the new trend of the market and apply innovation to the management industry. Developing and implementing Concung brand strategy products in the industry
- Working, extending and monitoring suppliers as well as gaining commercial KPIs through negotiations with suppliers. Negotiate with Suppliers to build high sales and profitable category.
- Developing sales and GP action plan in category
- Developing Marketing plans and cooperating with the Marketing team for promotion campaigns
- Managing, training and supervising Merchandising staff
- Integrity, creativity and wholehearted
- Strong business sales sense with solid analytical skills
- Ability to lead and drive performance and customer service
- Must be a good team player, pleasant, result - oriented and self-motivated
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
- Annual bonus: 2 - 3 months (under minimum KPI requirement)
