Job description

The Product Development Manager is a new role to Concung.com and one that gives the associate a great opportunity to be part of a growing team that is forging a new path and process as to how we develop high quality products for moms & babies. The responsibilities include:

- Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and product specifications that deliver customer benefits, meet financial goals, and ensure that systems and processes are setup to scale for explosive growth.

- Manage the assigned product lifecycle in whole - from ideation, exploration, approval, development, implementation, execution, measurement and ongoing development.

- Analyze data to provide actionable insights for making product decisions.

- Develop and maintain operational metrics and financial reporting to accurately measure product performance (forecasted revenue, utilization, resource optimization, etc.…)

- Lead product Innovation & Renovation from conceptualization to industrialization

- Ensure compliance, target cost, target quality and target speed are met.

- Report to Head of R&D department.

Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or in a related field

- At least 4 years of relevant experiences in product management

- Organizational, structured and planning skills

- Fluent in English

- Determined and committed to the success of the organization.

- Age: 25 – 35.

Salary and Benefits

- Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 /month
