Understanding Con Cung people working in the retail environment in terms of capabilities and expectations in order to conduct projects and activities that ỉmprove the employee experience (EX) and engagement along their journey at Con Cung.
- Schedule and conduct recruitment plan and project to fulfill the company expansion plan
- Prepare online & offline recruitment materials (poster, flyer, FB post, …)
- Propose improvement in recruitment processes and methods to optimize recruitment time and costs
- Participate in the Employee Branding project
- Prepare recruitment report
- Continuously observe and learn the people development and engagement trend (techniques, channels, stories…) to propose initiatives and solutions to line manager
- Act under compliance to be the ambassador of Con Cung culture to promote Con Cung core values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Human Resources/Marketing experience in Hospitality
- 1 – 2 years experience in the HR field, especially in the RetailHospitality industry
- Fluent in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint,…)
- Able to use Photoshop, AI, and other design applications is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
- Willing to work cross-functionally and under high pressure
- Proactive, logical, innovative, and creative thinker and doer
- Annual bonus: 2 - 3 months under minimum KPI requirement
