Trade Marketing Team Leader/ Manager

Main Responsibility:

The Trade Marketing Team lead/ Manager will work in partnership with Sales operation and Brand marketing head to localized development market, promotions (contest, rebates, specials, promotions, etc.):

1. Leading Launch/ Relaunch stores: 

-       Plan in coordination with Category Marketing Sales the support for all new launch/relaunch campaign.

 -       Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches implementation in key markets.

2. Promotions Campaign Management: 

-       Develop promotional plan on Brand level in line with Brand guidelines, Sales feedback as well as shoppers’ insights.

 -       Develop Trade plan for active customers, penetrate new customers, loyalty partnership program.

-       Align Brand Marketing & take into account respective feedback & suggestions.

-       Present to Sale & Marketing Director/ Marketing Manager proposed quarterly, monthly, promotional plan.

-       Work with MarComs to ensure production of POS, collateral, educational and merchandising materials appropriate customer’s needs. 

3. Research Market: 

Pre & post promotions evaluation through: estimated ROI, Active OL, package volume, IMS figures…

-       Work closely with Finance to validate all promotions for future planning efficient achievements

-       Analyze market information, competitors and industry data reports to propose action plans for each region.

 

Requirements

-       At least 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, especially in FMCG/ chain stores
Good knowledge of the Vietnamese market, localized.

-       Analytical and planning skills

-       Ability to work cross-functionally, good communication skill.

-       Attention to detail, positive attitude, strong time management skills while working under tight timelines.

-       Creativity, leadership, customer-oriented are a must.

-       Energetic, ability to set directions and quickly adjust to the new environment
