Being one of the first members of a newly-formed team in Supply Chain Department, Quality Assurance Specialist will report directly to Supply Chain Director at first and will have opportunities to become QA Team Lead/ Manager in a very short period of time.
Quality Assurance will play a very important part in realization of Concung.com’s vision to bring the high quality products to Vietnamese children and families. The position mainly involves working with suppliers, 3PL and stores to ensure a consistent quality of products in Concung’s supply chain.
* Top Accountabilities:
1. Process Standardization:
- Work with internal and external parties to build the quality control processes and standards for end-to-end supply chain for each of Concung’s product categories, including handling processes and internal processes such as pest control, cleaning personal hygiene requirements, labeling control, stock rotation control, good packaging practices
- Work with supplier, 3PL and stores to roll out the processes
- Automate the processes
- Improve the processes
2. Quality Management:
- Supervise quality control for coming, processing, storage or delivering products according to processes and standards. Implement product sampling and sensory checking in WH and stores.
- Handle defected products and reversed logistics activities
- Collect information, analyze, make statistical reports and discuss with responsible persons all quality issues, deviations or quality complaint related to platform. Follow up the corrective and preventive actions which have been taken accordingly
- Collect and update all regulation and quality standard related to the products.
* Requirement:
1. Graduate from top universities with degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or Business.
2. GPA 7.0 or above.
3. Can write and read technical documents in English.
4. Fresh Graduates with solid background in Quality Management are welcomed.
5. 1 to 2 years’ experience in Quality Control/Assurance for Trade/manufacturing/3PL companies preferred.
6. Good with numbers, logical thinking, communication and decision making.
7. Careful, accountable. We are looking for an explorer and responsibility taker.
8. Work place: Head quarter in District 7 with frequent travel to DC in Song Than - Binh Duong.
